Your Dashboard
The dashboard is your training overview. It surfaces recent activity, long-term totals, goal progress, and personal records in one place.
Getting started checklist
If you’re new, the dashboard opens with a short checklist that walks you through connecting a device or uploading your first file.
Activity summary
At the top of the dashboard you’ll see summary cards for the last 7 days and last 30 days:
- Distance — total distance across all activities in the period
- Trend — how that compares to the same period before it (up or down)
- Active days — how many days you moved in the last 7 days
- 7-day chart — a bar chart of daily distances, with a tooltip on each bar showing the breakdown by activity
Latest activity
A card showing your most recent activity. Tap or click it to open the full detail view.
Goals
Your active goals appear here with progress bars. For time-bound goals, a marker shows the expected pace to reach your target by the deadline — so you can tell at a glance whether you’re ahead or behind. See Set Goals and Track Your Progress for more.
Best efforts
Cards for 1 km, 5 km, and 10 km show your fastest effort at each distance from the last 30 days, and how it ranks against your all-time results. A distance you haven’t covered yet stays locked until you record an activity that long. Select View all for every distance. See Understand Personal Records and Best Efforts for more.
Lifetime stats
At the bottom of the dashboard, a strip shows your all-time totals:
- Total distance
- Total number of activities
- Total moving time
- Total elevation gain
These update each time you add an activity.
